Full Service Planning
This service is for the couple who wants guidance and help from start to finish in order to create an unforgettable wedding! From an initial meeting, to booking vendors, to timelines, we’ll design, organize, and coordinate your perfect wedding. This is supposed to be a time of joy and excitement and not stress or worry. That's where we come in, so you can sit back and enjoy your engagement and leave the rest to us.
Partial Planning
For the couple who wants to do the bulk of the planning, but would love expert advice to clarify their wedding design and extra support to manage their special day. You’ll receive a consultation with our team to discuss what you've planned so far and what still needs to be executed. You’ll also receive a curated list of preferred vendors who can provide the items and services you need. Our team manages your timeline, set-up, and will coordinate with all your vendors to ensure your wedding looks amazing and runs smoothly.
Day/Month of Coordinator
This service covers the final month before your wedding, as vendors ask for final decisions, and last minute details can become stressful. We are here to take that stress away! We’ll make sure the details you have planned so far are running smoothly and we will provide support to fill in any of the missing pieces. We are here to ensure that your wedding day will run smoothly so you can relax and enjoy this special day in your life. We will be there on the day of your wedding to help style your venue, make sure vendors are on time, make your bridal party and guests feel at ease, plus so much more. For this service we ask that you reach out at least 3-4 months prior to your wedding.
Bachelorette Party
One of the most exciting things after you get engaged is thinking about your bachelorette party! Instead of stressing, or feeling like you're putting a large task onto your friends, this is where Shelby Grey Events comes in.
Similar to our service packages, for Bachelorette parties we work with whomever is in charge to create a package for your needs.
Whether you are looking for our help from start to finish (picking a destination, securing venues, booking excursions, making dinner reservations, all the decor, personalized favors, and more) OR you and your girls got it covered and just need custom decor and favors, we can do it all.
